The Lyrica damages inquiry (Dr Reddy’s Laboratories and NHS Scotland v Warner-Lambert Company) has been selected by The Lawyer as one of the “Top 20 Cases of 2023″.

The case is the largest and most complicated follow-on damages inquiry ever heard before the Patents Court and is listed for a 25 day trial in November 2023. Further details available here (subscription required).

Chambers acts on both sides of the dispute, with Douglas Campbell KC and Daniel Selmi acting for NHS Scotland, and Tim Austen and Thomas Lunt for Warner-Lambert. NHS England, Wales, and Northern Ireland has settled, but was previously represented by Alice Hart.
