It is our policy to treat everyone equally and fairly. We assess candidates for pupillage and tenancy on merit alone, without reference to their race, colour, ethnic or national origin, nationality, citizenship, sex, gender re-assignment, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status, disability, age, religion or belief or pregnancy and maternity.
Chambers is a supporter of IP Inclusive, an organisation that promotes and improves equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing throughout the UK’s intellectual property (IP) professions.
In January 2024, all members of chambers and staff were invited to provide Diversity Data in response to a questionnaire. Because of the small size of chambers, there are only a small number of people in each diversity characteristic which gives rise to a real risk of identification of individuals. For that reason, chambers has decided to publish a summary of the data collected from those who responded in relation to only a subset of the diversity characteristics.
