In a follow up to an earlier news item (29 June 2021) reporting on the first instance decision of Judi Pike of the IPO, today, The Hon. Mr Justice Michael Green handed down his decision on the Appeal. Again, Denise McFarland of Three New Square (representing Unilever Global IP in connection with their “Wonder Mum” mark) has been successful: resisting a spirited appeal pursued by DC Comics (Partnership) relying on their earlier rights in “Wonder Woman”.
