Tom Mitcheson KC is part of a team from the London chapter of ChIPs (Chiefs in Intellectual Property) recognised by Managing Intellectual Property in their annual list of 50 most influential people. This recognises the team’s contribution to the new provisions in the Patents Court Guide designed to encourage greater participation in Court hearings by more junior advocates.
