On 1 July 2026 the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court delivered judgment in the case of easyGroup Limited v Cubico (UK) Limited t/a Easy Bathrooms [2026] EWHC 1645 (IPEC)
in which the Claimant had brought claims of passing off, trade mark infringement and sought revocation and invalidity declarations against some of the Defendant’s UK registered trade marks.
Her Honour Judge Melissa Clarke dismissed the Claimant’s claims.
