Denise McFarland represented the successful Claimants, Asian Business Publications Limited in their recent passing off Trial before Miss Recorder Amanda Michaels. The Claimant has for many years run the annual event known as “Asian Achievers Awards” which celebrates achievement in many fields and spheres, has a global televised and media reach and raises huge sums for chosen charities. The permanent injunction granted post-trial replaced an earlier interim injunction awarded earlier  by Birss J.
