• Snap v. Dolby and Access Advance (ongoing) – F/RAND action involving video codec
• Janssen-Cilag v. USA and 2Seventy Bio (ongoing) – pharmaceutical patent action relating to CAR-T therapy, raising issues of obviousness, sufficiency and plausibility.
• Elizabeth Davenport v. Spicerhaart (resolved) – instructed unled on copyright matter in IPEC, completed skeleton argument involving issues of quantum.

PATENTS

• Accord v. Novartis [2026] EWHC 2127 (Pat) – valsartan / sacubitril combination therapy for heart failure (Entresto), raising issues of plausibility, obviousness, collocation and SPC issues. Helped with the preparation of closing submissions.
• Aristo Takeda (ongoing) – SPC validity involving the novel issue of prodrugs.
• Samsung ZTE (Technical Trial A) – the first technical trial of this FRAND action. The case was concerned with the initial access signals used in 5G New Radio standard.
• Amazon Interdigital (ongoing) – FRAND proceedings concerning video patents. Observed various application including disclosure.
• ToolGen Vertex (ongoing) – pharmaceutical patent action involving CRISPR gene editing technology.
• MSD Halozyme (ongoing) – patent action regarding dispute over subcutaneous (under-the-skin) drug delivery technology.
• Pfizer and BioNTech v GSK (ongoing) – multi-Patent action over mRNA vaccination technology.
• Abbott v. Sinocare (ongoing) – patent action concerning CGM (continuous glucose monitors).
• Fujikura Sterlite [2025] EWHC 3181 (Pat) – technical patent relating to fibre optic cables: obviousness, sufficiency and collocation.

• Jo Malone v. ITX (ongoing) – trademark dispute involving brand name and personal name issues.

• 2025-2026: 12-month pupillage at Three New Square, to Katherine Moggridge, Jeremy Heald, Daniel Selmi and Stuart Baran covering all aspects of Intellectual Property law.
• 2024-2025: Bar Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy: Distinction.
• 2022-2023: GDL at BPP University: Distinction
• 2021-2022: Economics, Finance and Management MSc, University of Bristol: Distinction. Dissertation focused on the platform business model of Meta and how Meta is actively trying to change the future of social media.
